Crap!

This is a period of time I'm stuck in my ego body. This morning I had a pain melt down. I woke up and sat by the side of the bed and for a little while just sat. Saying over and over again "I feel like crap!" I just once in a while am so tired of hurting and I dream of running and hitting a tennis ball.

So I stop for a moment and just wallow in it - feeling like a whiney little kid. God bless my wife who will come sit by me and do such a beautiful job of supporting me yet all yet allowing me to be where I am. Then I move to the next level which is "I feel like crap and it's wonderful!" This becomes me moving from full body and ego into a more Buddhist Divine frame of mind.

I've been taking an eight-week alternate pain management class and I just finished it. There were about twenty-five of us. I heard amazing stories of people going through pain hardships that are so difficult. I know some of you reading this have the same kind of experiences. I view each of you and admire your courage and bravery. Each day you get up and face the next day of pain. I don't know if you have mornings like I did today. It's like being in a pressure cooker and needing a way to release some of the pressure.

We had a friend who had chronic fatigue syndrome and was living life. However she had an EEyore approach to life so it ran her life. She invited us to her birthday party but the party was more like a wake. We lost touch with her because we could not be in her energy of surrender.

So this blog is for all of you who are on this magical adventure of life. Each of you may be living with a health challenge, many of them quite severe. But don't let it be an obstacle. Instead consider it one of your motivators that inspire you to keep moving. God bless you for that approach; it inspires me. Even though this wasn't my original vision of paradise, never the less here is another day in paradise and I am so grateful, Thank you God! May we meet in a future adventure............
